New Updates Channel

Testing, testing. New updates channel open. Is this thing on?

If this works, this should be posted to our website’s new updates channel (subscribe via RSS). From there it will be posted to the Fediverse/Mastodon, Twitter and Facebook.

There may be some fine tunning needed, so feel free to yell at me if something isn’t working.
